Located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Harris, Harris & Quinn, P.C. serves clients throughout Wyoming. Terry Harris created the firm in 1996, as Terry J. Harris, P.C. Emily Harris joined the firm in 2013, creating Harris & Harris, P.C. Brian Quinn joined the firm in 2021, giving the firm its current name. In 2025, Brian Quinn became an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the District of Wyoming.
